Can I use my holiday home all year round?
The park has a 12 month holiday occupancy, meaning you can use your holiday home all year round. However please note that your holiday home cannot be used a main/sole residence.
How do I let my holiday home?
You can do this either privately our through the parks managed letting scheme. Tingdene work with their appointed letting partner, Hoseasons. Your income from holiday lettings can be used to help offset your annual running costs.
Is the finance actually guaranteed?
Yes, as long as you have a minimum of a £20,000 deposit we can guarantee to offer you a finance package. It’s so easy!
What would happen if I arranged an appointment and visited the park?
If we were’ in your shoes’ would no doubt be worried if the park would be a ‘pressure sales’ environment. The team never pressure sell, with trust being at the centre of our sales ethos, ensuring that our products are right for you and your needs. Remember it is your money not ours!
Do I need a solicitor when buying a Holiday home?
This is your decision; some owners who have already joined us used a solicitor to act for them on their purchase, some did not. This is entirely your decision.
If I said ‘yes’ , how long would it take to get moved in?
This depends on what property you buy; some are ‘turn-key’ properties and can be moved in very quickly, some may have an element of refurbishment and buildings works, based on your chosen interior holiday home design. This usually takes around 10 – 12 weeks.
