*It is important to note that the park currently operates a rule whereby caravans over the age of 10 years old cannot be permitted to be assigned. Simply put, as and when the time comes that you decide to sell this caravan in the future, if it is either over 10 years old at the point that you purchase it, or will be when you decide to sell it, it can only be sold to a purchaser who is intending to move the caravan off park.

In the interests of transparency, it is important to note that this area of the park has been identified for future development. Whilst no plans or timeline have been finalised at this stage, as with all parks offering annual caravan licences, we can only guarantee your plot renewal on an annual basis. Should the decision be taken to redevelop this area of the park during a 12-month licence period, you may be required to relocate. We will act in accordance with the Park Licence in this instance.
