CARAVAN MOVE-ONS

If you introduce a new owner to your own park (or any Tingdene holiday park) and they bring their caravan to us, we will add a £250 credit to your account.

PROPERTY SALES

If you introduce a new owner to your own park (or any Tingdene holiday park) and they purchase a company owned holiday home, we will add £500 credit to your account.

• The Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd Owner Referral Scheme is open to existing holiday homeowners only.

• To make a valid referral, you must complete the form at your park office.

• Referrals will only be eligible if the Referee is not already in conversation with Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd via any other channel.

• There is only one reward for each ‘Referee’. If a ‘Referee’ is sent by multiple ‘Referrers’, whichever ‘Referrer’ submitted the referral first will be deemed as the ‘Referrer’.

• To constitute a successful referral, the ‘Referee’ must complete a holiday home ‘Purchase’ or ‘Caravan Move On’ with us.

• There is no limit to the number of people an owner can refer to Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd and the ‘Move on Caravan’ or ‘Property’ can be located on any Tingdene holiday park.

• The Referrer may be named in communication between Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd and the Referred customer.

• The £250 for a caravan ‘Move On’ and £500 for ‘Company Owned Property Sales’ will only be issued for valid referrals once the new client has signed a contract to become a Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd customer.

• The credit will be applied to the owners account within 60 days of completion of the sale. There are no equivalent alternatives and Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or alter the “Owner Referral’ scheme, change the value of the referral fee, or replace it with an alternative subject to availability.

• If an owner sells their caravan / holiday property and leaves the park within the financial year of administering the credit (whereby they will no longer be a Tingdene customer) and the credit (in part / full) remains on the account, this is not transferable and is not payable as part of an outgoing owner payment. Once an owner has left a park, the credit will (in part / full) expire and be removed from the account.

• The Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd referral scheme is available to UK residents only, with a proven UK residential address.

• In the event of any disputes regarding any ‘Referred’ person/s, the decision of Tingdene Holiday Parks Ltd is final.

• Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind.

• In the event of a ‘Referrer’ not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to complaints@tingdene.net within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee.
